• 2.2 Responsibility for safeguarding passwords and account details is strictly personal.
• 2.3 The user agrees not to use the account details of others.
• 2.4 CleanKids Lab is not liable for technical malfunctions, hacking attempts, or security breaches by external parties, although it employs standard security measures.
• 2.5 The company does not store customers' credit card details.

3. Miscellaneous

• 3.1 Information presented on the website is sometimes provided by suppliers, and there may be changes or inaccuracies.

• 4.2 An order confirmation will be sent by email within 48 hours of placing the order.
• 4.3 If a product is out of stock, an alternative product or a refund will be offered.

5. Cancellations and Returns
