  • 1.1 The website serves as an online store for purchasing products, and the terms of use apply to any use or purchase on the site.

  • 1.3 It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content on the site in any way.

  • 1.5 Revivex reserves the right to amend the terms of the regulations from time to time at its sole discretion.

2. Limitation of Website Use

  • 2.1 The user must be 18 years of age or older and possess legal capacity.

  • 2.2 The responsibility for safeguarding passwords and user details is strictly personal.

  • 2.3 The user commits not to use the user details of others.

  • 2.4 Revivex is not liable for technical malfunctions, hacking attempts, or security breaches by external parties, although it employs standard security measures.

  • 2.5 The company does not store customers' credit card details.

3. Miscellaneous

  • 3.1 Revivex is not the direct manufacturer of all products. Information presented on the website is sometimes provided by suppliers, and there may be changes or inaccuracies.

  • 3.2 The information on the website does not substitute medical advice. Revivex assumes no liability, and all responsibility lies solely with the purchaser.

  • 3.3 Always read the informational leaflets included with the product before use.

  • 3.4 If a product appears offensive or misleading, please contact us so we can address the issue.

  • 3.5 Revivex reserves the right to modify the regulations at any time to maintain up-to-date policies, including changes to product warranty, cancellations, returns, and shipping.

4. Orders and Personal Information

  • 4.1 Placing an order requires entering correct and accurate details: full name, address, phone number, and email.

  • 4.2 An order confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • 4.3 If the product is out of stock, an alternative product or a refund will be offered.

  • 4.4 Providing false information constitutes a criminal offense.

  • 4.5 Information is transmitted securely in compliance with the PCI standard.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • 5.1 Refund requests must be made through customer service (WhatsApp: 052-7497091).

  • 5.2 Product returns shall be sent to an address provided by customer service.

  • 5.3 Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law: a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS—whichever is lower.

  • 5.4 A refund will be issued within up to 30 business days from the day the product is returned.

  • 5.5 The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • 6.1 There may be differences between product images and the actual product.

  • 6.2 The liability for the products lies with the manufacturers and suppliers.

  • 6.3 Delivery delays due to force majeure or external factors will not impose liability on Revivex.

  • 6.4 Revivex is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the products.

7. Shipping

  • 7.1 Shipping times: 7–20 business days (may extend up to 30 business days in exceptional cases).

  • 7.2 Shipments may arrive in separate packages.

  • 7.3 Deliveries will be made to pickup points or addresses in Israel according to the selected option.

  • 7.4 Business days: Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
