Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CleanKids Lab, we are committed to giving you a positive and secure shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your ParaGone purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return policy, subject to the following terms and conditions.

90-Day Results Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of ParaGone. If, at the end of the full 90-day usage period, you have not seen any change in the everyday signs you were tracking (such as tummy comfort, sleep, appetite, or mood), you may request a full refund up to 7 days after the end of that period and get your money back.

Please note: the refund excludes one month's supply. Consistency is what makes a cleanse work, so we strongly recommend staying with the full routine and not stopping partway through.

The Return Process

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

• Message us before your child starts the product, so we can send you the full instruction guide included in the kit and explain how to track progress.
• Record your child's starting signs in the tracking journal we provide before the first serving. Where a sign is visible (for example nighttime itching), include a clear photo as well.
• Use the product exactly according to the instructions in the kit and the guidance you received from us (two gummies a day with breakfast, for the full 90 days).
• Update the journal every week for the full 90-day period, with photos where relevant, and send it all to us for verification.
• After verification by our team, if your refund is approved, we will issue a credit to the original payment method. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount, or $25, whichever is lower, will apply.

Order Cancellations

• An order can be canceled up to 45 minutes from the moment it is placed, at no additional charge.
• A cancellation after two hours will be treated as a standard return and handled under the conditions in this policy.
• If a shipment reaches a pickup point, is not collected in time, and is returned to us, a reshipment will incur a $15 fee.
  
  

  Subscription Cancellations

  When you start a ParaGone subscription, your first order is discounted because you are committing to an ongoing supply. That discount is tied to a minimum of two orders, and it is what allows us to lock in and reserve your supply ahead of time.

  For that reason, a subscription can be canceled only after your second order has been placed. Once your second order has processed, you are free to cancel at any time with no further obligation.

  If you wish to cancel before your second order, you may do so, but the first-order discount no longer applies. In that case you agree to pay the remaining balance of the discount you received on your first order, meaning the difference between the discounted price you paid and the regular one-time price. Once that balance is settled, the subscription is closed with nothing further owed.

Warranty Validity

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper use or storage of the product is not covered.

Shipping Insurance and One-Year Extended Warranty

When you select the "Shipping Insurance and One-Year Warranty" option, CleanKids Lab guarantees that if your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will send you a new product at our expense. Please note: this insurance does not cover dissatisfaction with use or personal results.

What the Refund Guarantee Covers

To receive a full refund, you must show, through the documented journal and photos kept across the full usage period (excluding one month's supply), that no change occurred in the signs you were tracking.

It is important to emphasize: even a small improvement, such as slightly better sleep, more appetite, or less discomfort, counts as a result, and a refund will not be issued in that case.

If you are found eligible, you will receive a credit to the card used for the purchase, with no further questions asked.

Please note: ParaGone is a gentle daily cleanse intended to support your child's normal wellness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If it was purchased expecting it to resolve a specific medical condition, which it is not designed to do, you will not be eligible for a refund.
