If, at the end of the full usage period, you have not experienced any change in hair growth, you may request a full refund—up to 7 days after the end of the period—and get your money back. Please note: This excludes the one-month supply. However, remember that consistency is key, which is why we highly recommend sticking with the process and not stopping.

The Return Process To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Send us a message before starting to use the product to receive a detailed explanation and read the instruction guide included in the kit.

  • Take a clear picture of the treated area on the scalp or your entire hair and send it to us before starting the usage.

  • Use the product exactly according to the instructions provided in the kit and the guidance you received from us.

  • Take a clear picture of the treated area before use and after use every week for 6 to 12 weeks, and send all the photos to us for verification.

  • After verification by our team of experts, if your refund is approved, we will issue a financial credit. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will apply.

Order Cancellations

  • In the event that a shipment arrives at a pickup point, is not collected on time, and is returned to the sender, a reshipment will incur a fee of 60 NIS.

Shipping Insurance and One-Year Extended Warranty When selecting the "Shipping Insurance and One-Year Warranty" option, Revivex guarantees that if a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will send you a new product at our expense. Please note: This insurance does not cover situations of dissatisfaction with the use or personal results.

What Does the Refund Guarantee Cover? To receive a full refund, you must demonstrate, using documented photos throughout the entire usage period (excluding the one-month supply), that no change in hair growth has occurred. It is important to emphasize: even if the hair has filled in slightly or the hair loss has decreased slightly, this is considered a result, and therefore a refund will not be issued. If you are found eligible for a refund, you will receive a credit to the credit card used for the purchase with no further questions asked. Please note: If you have had full baldness for several years, the kit will not work for you (as explicitly stated on the website), and therefore, if you purchased the kit expecting it to work under these conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.
